The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy is an organization that works locally and globally at the intersection of policy and practice to ensure fair and sustainable food, farm and trade systems. They have released two reports:
- Identifying our Climate “Foodprint”: Assessing and Reducing the Global Warming Impacts of Food and Agriculture in the U.S.
- Not So Sweet: Missing Mercury and High Fructose Corn Syrup
